We here at the Friction Party are committed
to protecting your privacy. When you attend
any function of the Friction Party you are
limited on what is allowed to happen at
our dance parties!
1), “Sexual Contact”
means any touching of the anus, breast or
any part of the genitals of another person
with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual
desire of any person.
2), “Sexual Intercourse”
means any penetration of the female sex
organ by the male sex organ.
3) ,“Deviant Sexual Intercourse”
means any contact between any part of the
genitals of one person and the mouth or
anus of another person, or the penetration
of the genitals or the anus of another person
with an object.
4), “Indecent Exposure”
is committed if one exposes his or her anus
or any part of his or her genitals with
intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire
of any person, and he or she is reckless
about whether another is present who will
be offended or alarmed by this act.
5), “Specified Anatomical
Areas” means any human genitals,
pubic region, pubic hair, buttock, or any
portion of the female breast that is situated
below a point immediately above the top
of the areola, which is not opaquely covered,
or any human male genitals in a discernibly
erect state, even if completely and opaquely
covered.
6), “Specified Sexual Activities”
means and includes:
(a) the fondling or other erotic touching
of human genitals, pubic regions, buttocks,
anus, or female breasts;
(b) sex acts, normal or perverted, actual
or simulated, including intercourse, oral
copulation, or sodomy;
(c) masturbation, actual or simulated; or
(d) excretory functions as part of or in
connection with any of the activities set
forth in paragraphs (a) through (c).
7), “Prostitution”
is committed if one offers to engage, agrees
to engage, or engages in sexual conduct
for a fee, or if one solicits another in
a public place to engage with him or her
in sexual conduct for hire.
8), “Promotion of Prostitution”
is committed if one receives money or other
property pursuant to an agreement to participate
in the proceeds of prostitution, or if one
solicits another to engage in sexual conduct
with another person for compensation.
